What controls your warranty: the exact warranty period and covered items are stated on the accepted quotation, invoice, warranty card or handover document.

Manufacturer warranty: equipment carries the manufacturer's written warranty. Nexura can assist with a valid claim for equipment we supplied, but cannot extend or override a third party's warranty.

Workmanship: where included, we inspect faults reasonably linked to our installation — such as a loose termination or configuration defect — during the period stated in your quotation.

Not covered: physical damage, misuse, tampering, water ingress, power surges, customer wiring or internet faults, normal wear and consumables, and work done by unauthorised third parties.

Claims: contact us with your invoice reference, installation address, equipment details and fault description. Do not dismantle equipment before receiving instructions.

Orders: an order is accepted when Nexura confirms it in writing and receives any required advance or deposit.

Scope: work outside the agreed scope — extra devices, longer cable routes, civil work or changed site conditions — requires a revised quote or approved change order.

Payment: stages, methods and due dates are stated in the quotation or invoice. Never send payment-card information by email.

Your part: provide accurate property information, safe site access, electricity and reasonable working conditions, and obtain any required landlord, society or utility approvals.

We collect: contact details, property and project information you share for a quotation (photos, measurements, budget), and order, payment and support records.

We use it to: respond to enquiries, arrange surveys, prepare quotations, deliver and support your system, and handle warranty claims.

Please don't send passwords, camera login credentials or payment-card information through website forms or ordinary email.

Cancellation: requests must be made in writing. After procurement begins, refunds depend on supplier return approval and condition of goods.

Non-refundable: custom-fabricated, special-order, activated, installed or damaged items are generally non-refundable unless defective and covered by law or warranty.

Installation: provide safe, timely access and a clear work area. Drilling and cable routing can create minor dust or marks inherent to the work — concealed services must be disclosed beforehand.

Handover: we test the agreed system and guide you on operation. Passwords, apps and recordings become your responsibility after handover unless a support plan states otherwise.
